Braulio Dias visits the NAJU in Berlin

20.11.2012

Today the German Youth Association for the Protection of Nature (NAJU) gets a honourable visit from Braulio Dias, the Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD).
I want to attend the meeting and go to Berlin early this morning.

At the NAJU main office everybody is running around very excited. Last preparations are done before Braulio Dias arrives.
Juliane welcomes him and thanks him for taking the time to visit us, the NAJU. Then she gives the word to me and I welcome Braulio Dias in the name of the NAJU steering committee. We shortly introduce ourselves with names and our area of responsibility in the NAJU. Afterwards Svana presents the NAJU.
