Swetha and Nymisha guide us around in Hyderabad today. We visit the Golconda Fort and in the evening we take our time for intensive shopping. Finally we are going partying all together!
This morning at 11:00 a.m. the Germans meet Swetha, Nymisha, Melina and Meghan at the train station Hi-Tech City. Then we are waiting for our train.

In the trains are separated compartments for ladies.

The Indian style - just running across the train tracks
Some people like us are using the bridge to cross the tracks.

Nymisha, Swetha, Meghan and Melina are also running across the train tracks
and do not use the bridge like real Indians.

Ultimately at 13:30 p.m. our train arrives. We are so surprise and just jump in the train, that we almost lost the boys. But we all handled to squeeze in the train.

Finally we arrive at the final stop Jamai Osmania. There we are looking for a riksha that brings us to the Golconda Fort, which is still 15 km to go.
At Jamai Osmania
We find coloured chickens.

found a cheep riksha.
We go past Charminar
and see a lot of the city.
We arrive at Golconda Fort. But before we enter the fort, we are having a little snack of samosas.
The Golconda Fort was built by Ibrahim Quli Qutub Shah Wali,
the fourth Qutub king of the Qutub Shahi Dynasty.
Christoph and Nymisha wanted to find a shortcut, but the security sent them back down. So we have to walk the propper way.
It is so beautiful!

After all this climbing and those fantastic impressions we are really hungry. So we set off to the City Center Mall for supper and shopping. On our way to the city center we get caught in heavy rain and in a riksha you can't protect yourself from getting wet. But in the mall we find enough cloth to change (:
Rain
is running down the streets.
We made it to the mall. As the restaurants are only opening in an hour, we take the time for checking out the shops. We get lots of sarees, salwar kameez, scarfs and jewellery.
Delicious Indian supper.
We are strengthened for the final shopping and dancing in one of the clubs in the mall. We savour our last party together until the club closes.
Somebody already looks tired.
Christian, Melina, Meghan and I
Our last night together is over. We go back to our hotels and dream of this lovely day in incredible India. Tomorrow we will meet Melina, Meghan and Swetha again for brunch before we have to say Goodbye for a longer time.
On the NAJU-Blog you find a german version!
